#1 What are the minimum system requirements to run DATAssimilate software
Pentium II - 450, 64 Mb of Memory, 1024 x 768 Resolution, Min 4 Mb Video Memory,
Multi Speed CD-RW, Scanner (Twain Compliant), Network Card 10/100,
Windows 95* **/98*/ME*/2000/XP/NT* **

* Internet Explorer 5.0 higher should be installed
** Latest Service Pack from Microsoft must be installed (Service Pack 1 for Windows 95
or Service Pack 5 or above for Windows NT 4)

Minimum: This would be part of an office network and would allow high production at any particular work station. Larger storage means larger jobs can be handled and more jobs stored per system. Ideal for small and medium sized corporations that require archiving and scanning.

Recomended: Commercial production and storage. Ideal for large operations with high demand on document processing. A large network allows many users to access and work on the same project or to work from a variety of scanners hooked into the system

#2 How do I place an order for a Module or purchase the complete product
To acquire DATAssimilator products, you can email our sales department or contact our office directly at 877-794-DATA. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

#3 How can I get a demo of the software?
You can receive a demo of the DATAssimilator product by emailing us or calling our office for a reseller near you. Depending on your preference, you will be either emailed a link to download the demo or you will be sent a CD disk by ground service.

#4 How do I receive training for the software?
Training can be acquired either through a certified trainer in your immediate area, or directly from DATAssimilate Systems Inc. Arrangements can be made through the DATAssimilate head office. Email us here or contact us by phone at 877-794-DATA.

#5 How do I get help on how to use the software?
All of the software use subjects are covered in the help file which is available from within the program's toolbar under the Help menu. You can also link to the latest version of the help file from the Help menu in the DATAssimilator tool bar. If the subject is not covered in the Help file then e-mail us here and we will reply to you by e-mail with a solution. For user information covered in the Help file, there may be a minimal charge.

#6 How do I get technical help?
If there is an issue that is not covered in the Help file, email our tech department here and we will reply to you either by e-mail with a solution, or by phone if we require more information. It will be extremely helpful if you document exactly what you had done when the issue occurred or, alternatively, provide a detailed description of what it is you want to accomplish.
